​LIC is owned by the Dr. Wang Fangming .  LIC began over 6 years ago.  Eventually, LIC became one of the forensic science meter companies in the Canada since the 2010’s.

As a sole company,  it is common to see the next generation of  testing meters.  We take pride in what we do and make sure it shows in our service and our products.  Although it isn’t possible to agent every item  in the world, we use USA technology and  will build meters in Ontario.  The agented  forensic science meters  are all manufactured in China now.  Our proprietary software is written and supported from the China.
